We would like to inform you about an important update regarding our business operations. Our previous agent, with whom we had an oral cooperation agreement, is no longer associated with our company. Please note that this agreement was never established as an employer-employee relationship.
Effective from October 15, 2025, all official quotations, invoices, and cheques must be issued solely by our company’s owner, Miss KWOK. We kindly ask you to verify that any documents you receive after this date are authorized by her to ensure authenticity.
Additionally, we want to clarify a matter concerning the East Kowloon Cultural Center project. The black granite installed on top of birch stairs, which has been claimed to have bear/ unqualified waterproofing protection, was not authorized by us. Specifically, Wymen Wu has not been engaged or authorized to represent our company in any capacity related to this project, nor have we issued any letter guaranteeing waterproofing quality for the work done.
We want to assure all our customers and guests that our company has not received any payment for this project. No quotations or invoices have been issued by us in connection with it.
